I've spent the last ten years in real estate, and if there's one thing I've learned, it's that sellers don't need someone who shows up with a sign and a smile — they need someone who shows up with a strategy.

I hold my Managing Broker's license, and I built my career on a production and marketing background before I ever put "Realtor" after my name. That matters, because selling a home well isn't a hobby — it's a discipline. Pricing, timing, marketing, negotiation: all of it has to work together, and none of it happens by accident.

I've chosen to focus my practice on Chicago's north side — because these are neighborhoods I know block by block, not zip code by zip code. Brick bungalows, generational families, tight-knit blocks where reputation still means something — this is where I do my best work, and where I've built the relationships that make that work possible.
